By accessing and using SpellSector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpellSector is a free, web-based deck building tool for Magic: The Gathering. The Service allows you to:

• Create, edit, and manage deck lists
• Search for cards using the Scryfall database
• Analyze deck statistics and mana curves
• Export decks in various formats
• Optionally sync decks to Google Drive

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service's functionality
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account if using Drive sync

4. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering

Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. SpellSector is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Card Data and Images

Card data and images are provided by Scryfall and are subject to their terms of use. Card images and information are the property of their respective owners.

The SpellSector application code and design are the property of the SpellSector team.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of card data, prices, or legality information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpellSector, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or deck configurations
• Inaccurate card prices or legality information
• Decisions made based on information from the Service

7. Third-Party Services

SpellSector integrates with third-party services including:

• Scryfall: For card data and images. Subject to Scryfall's terms
• Google Drive: For cloud storage. Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Google Analytics: For usage analytics

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

8. Data and Storage

SpellSector stores data primarily in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss due to:

• Browser cache clearing
• Browser or device changes
• localStorage quota limitations
• Third-party software interference

We recommend using Google Drive sync or regularly exporting important decks for backup.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
